Do you have an update? I just bought a 47 manor shell for $500 out of Sacramento. All glass good and there, aluminum and frame good. Gutted interior. I plan to do the body work then replace the floors and build a open floorplan interior for mostly stationary use as a guest bedroom behind my home.
